Below you will find some FAQ’s in respect of the system and what it can and cannot do, and the releases notes for all the improvements we’ve made.

Release FAQ’s

Listed below are a selection of questions and requests we have received and the solutions which are already available on the system.   To action any one of these requests for your business please get in touch.

Password renewal must be done through the Quotall Support Team to maintain system security

Because the questions in the question set can be dynamic (e.g. triggered by the answer to a previous question) the user must review/complete the whole quote process to ensure all questions are completed whenever a change is made

For data security reasons the system does not store payment details
