Some clients have expressed concern about the impact of the pandemic on their digital marketing. At the moment, having reviewed current search data for the insurance industry compared with data from previous years, we can see that the market remains pretty much the same.
There are, of course, some search terms which are seeing increased or spiked traffic – travel insurance and business interruption terms, for example. But outside of that, the search market remains stable.
